Membership data is stored in a secure, access-controlled database (Firebase/Firestore). Access is restricted to authenticated administrators. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as your membership is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Contact us to request earlier deletion.
